Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Most people do not go to Lakkundi in the Gadag District but I am so glad we stopped here on our way from Hampi to Hubli. This beautiful temple had a beautiful Shivlinga inside and is set amidst beautifully laid out gardens. There are a set of wonderful stepwells in the premises also. These are named Mushkina Bhavi

Lokkundi is about 8 km from Gadag and easily reachable by local buses. This temple is on the side of the bus stand; about 500 m from the bus stand. There is a tank in front of the temple which is a great attraction.
The temple has a sivalinga (Manikeswara). Pooja is not done. Only deepa is lit. Most of the temples in Lokkundi has mutilated figures and hence pooja is not done.
