Although the View of the dam is beautiful the bus service which takes us up and down the hill is pathetic. There are two levels. One which takes us to the Dam and another which is at a higher level. Please don't take the bus. The Bus service is not regular and you might be stranded till the bus arrives.... More

Well maintained. Cleanliness may be improved in the dam area specially near the light house. Walking path can be improved. Guidance is very good. Transportation is available to the top. Fare is reasonable. Sight seeing - worth visiting, Music fountain is not working because of lack of water in the dam.

Gives a good view of the dam. Garden is nice but nothing great. Accessibility for senior citizens is a problem. You have to walk a lot

This place is also much beautiful which is near to vijayshree resort. The distance between the vijayshree resort and dam is maximum 12.8 km and i must say you also like this place you had to go there once and see what becomes it most Amazing.

My original plan was a trip to Hampi. However, the receptionist at our hotel suggested us to go for musical fountain show at Tungabhadra dam. We had reached Hospet by 3 pm and had some time in the evening. It was wonderful to see Tungabhadra dam which I had read about long time back in my school days. Two tributaries... More

It is a beautiful looking dam. You will need to park your car at their parking and take a bus ride provided by the authorities to see the dam. Bus ride rather a van costs 20 per person.
