After seeing so many pictures in brochures and magazines it was wonderful to wander past these iconic beach houses. They are individually unique and collectively eye catching. They draw the crowds. We went on the weekend, so there were hundreds of keen admirers and photographers....More

Unique and Colourful. The walk along and towards the bathing boxes is very relaxing. Great place for a job or just play at the beach and watching seagulls. Best time to go on weekday where it is not crowded.

Regardless of the cold conditions, the Brighton Bathers are a must see. Such a great, relaxing short stroll along the beach with numerous photo opportunities in front of the colorful boxes. Very well maintained and interesting.

You can never be in Melbourne if you couldn't visit the Bathing Boxes in Brighton. The small huts were ordinary yet when one would take photos on them, it became so splendid and a must see. Never miss visiting this place.

I had to stop and have a look and it was well worth it. It was a freezing day so rug up as it can get cold. Its very popular even mid week. Lots of parking.

Finally got to see these after hearing so much about them but other than those boxes nothing else here... We went to St Kilda pier and Luna Park then caught the 922 bus and walked down to the beach about 5 minute easy walk..
