We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Arrived at morning opening. Told playcentre would close at 1130 - would still need to pay full entry! Then told unable to take EFPOS , only cash!
Staff rude, unhelpful, unreasonable.
We left and went to Crocs at Carnegie - staff there friendly, helpful and kids had a great time. We bought lunch and stayed longer.

The concept is fantastic. We have nothing like this in the country. My 3 year old loved it, having seen Blippi in America go to many playgrounds. I’m a bit disappointed with the staff, felt like they didn’t want to be there. It was a little frumpy and not very modern.

We love this place on a cold, wet, miserable Melbourne Day. It's a big play centre with jumping castle, massive slide, steep drop slide (for kids five years and up), indoor little bike track, fenced indoor infant play area, many obstacle courses and a cafe with some yum and cheap food. $10.50 entrance fee for kids 12 months and up. Infants free. Not sure about entrance fee for 24 months and up. They even have 2-4 party rooms where you can host your kid's next partay...
