For Perth people this is the equivalent to Double Bay Sydney or Toorak Melbourne- great choice of retail and F&B well laid out and plenty of space - the developer has taste and style

Many good stores for clothing, household, sports and kitchen equipments. It has some good restaurants and cafès too. I like the surrounding area that has many small shops and some with very upscale clothing brands.

For people wanting to do all their shopping under one roof its fine but mostly filled with the usual range of chain stores. If you want more individual/interesting shops, go to Bayview terrace or St Quentin's Ave.
