This was the highlight of my visit to Sydney. The views become less interesting after Waverly Cemetery, so if you're looking to shorten the hike, this would be a good point to stop. Bronte beach was particularly nice spot for suntanning and a refreshing dip before continuing the hike. There's a small lagoon at the southern end that's sheltered from the waves, and it's quieter than Bondi beach (i.e. no screaming teenagers).

The 6 km walk between Coogee and Bondi is a great way to see parts of Sydney and get some exercise. On a good day, you cannot beat the views and a must do in Sydney. There are good bus services to both Coogee and Bondi from Circular Quay and Central.

What a great walk - we had a driver take us to Coogee Beach and then pick us up at Bondi Beach. We took 3.5 hours which allowed time to stop and enjoy different views along the way. Not a hard walk - it was very sunny, so would recommend bringing a hat and sunscreen. It was a beautiful walk with a variety of things to see.

OMG! We picked a cooler day to take on this +/- 6K walk. So many chances to stop along the way from just taking in the sites to grabbing a coffee or taking a dip in the ocean or baths. We took the A350 bus from Coogee to Bondi Junction and walked the 20 minutes to start. Can also choose to take another bus to beach. The beach was bustling with sunbathers and surfers. The baths were filled with lap swimmers and children wading in and out. The route is to be taken at your own pace, some run some walk. We strolled and stopped as needed. Some stairs and ramps, but all are worth it when you see the breathtaking water views and rock formations. Plenty of spots to dive, snorkel, swim or sunbathe. If you can, do it, no regrets! Enjoy

After spending some time at the bondi beach i decided to take the Costal Walk. It was great. Amazing views ,you never feel tired or bored the walk throughout has a scenic view from start till the end. You will be constantly taking out you camera to capture the views which yiu will remeber for a long time.

Iconic thing to see and do in Sydney with fantastic views and great on a cloudy day which made it quite pleasant and wasnt too hot. I had a bad knee but was still able to go up and down stairs that you hit on the way. Just did Bondi to Bronte and then back and that was enough and then back at Bondi for lunch.

Brilliant walk during sunny day. Went early morning and stopped for breakfast at Sea Salt at Clovelly on personal recommendation. Finished with dip at Bondi as started at Coogee. Wonderful trip. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing walk, doing it solo I powered through it in under 90 minutes however you could enjoy it at a much more leisurely pace with stops alone the way. The issue is it is terrible busy especially on weekends. Take swimmers if you can, so many amazing places to stop and swim.

We walked Coogee to Bondi on a very windy day. The water was amazing and the views were stunning. It's about 6-7 km and it's a pretty easy, paved walk. We passed the famous Icebergs Restaurant. Great photo opportunities along the way.

Did the walk from Coogee to Bondi in just over 2 hours with stop for coffee at Clovelly. The walk isn’t long (6km) but there is a constant rise or fall on the path with lots of steps & very little flat sections. The walk was good, although we’ve enjoyed a lot nicer, more dramatic coastal walks in Britain. Also be aware there are no taxi ranks in Bondi, so you will need to phone/book online for a taxi to return to Coogee or the CBD.
