Walked around the citadel for about an hour and loved the views from the top of it. The citadel itself has a great atmosphere and a few gift shops to shop at. Great place for a brief tour.

Amazing view, is it like a small village very well maintained from a few hundreds of years ago, I really enjoyed it and it is fascinating to see it exactly how it was before and how they lived

This fortress really deserves to pay a visit to, because it's up on a mountain placed in Rasnov area, where you can enjoy a spectacular view over the peeks and the valeys. The tickets are very cheap, and they also have a large parking lot...More

A large and beautiful castle, partially renovated. You can get there either by car (crowded parking lot) or by elevator fron the city centre. Could have been better preserved or restored. Many local people selling "Made in China" so-called "souvenirs". Still worth the 1-2 hours...More

The fortress is a piece of history, a reminder of old times. The fortress is in a good shape, but still needs some improvements. The view from the fortress is great. A great place for a walk and just enjoy the view. However, during weekends...More

The fortress is quite big and in a lovely location overlooking the city and it’s surroundings. Unfortunately it is not very well maintained, you can find garbage that other tourists have left there, and the walls are falling. Too bad, it could look great!

This was a lovely place with great views. We were there late in the afternoon so no shops were open and no guidance was available but we enjoyed it. This would be a great place for a picnic, our 5 and 9 year olds got...More

We really enjoyed our trip to the Fort Rasnov, the views are amazing. You need good walking shoes. Inside the Fort, the feel of it, takes you really back in time. You can imagine how the people used to live and gives you that feel...More

I would get in touch with the citadel direct via the website. Personally I would thank him by signing his virtues on the best travel website TripAdvisor.
