Pretty but you can see everything in 1 hour. I recommend the castle more than the garden unless you love gardens and flowers.

Perfect few hours trip outside of Poznan, to see the beautiful palace/castle in Kornik, with the palace gardens - the best in May, so see the flowers of "Magnolia" trees in the park, tousents of them!

We visited the Kórnik Castle with our relatives on an overcast day with some light drizzles. It was more of a time together than some serious sightseeing. Still, we liked what we saw. The Castle wasn’t busy and there were only a few more people...More

Very nice to see it at night, interesting to know more about the history of it and of the families that lived in there. For sure the main attraction in kornik, you can't miss it.

The reason they make you wear overshoes is the superb wooden floors, the like of which I have never seen before. Well worth a visit.

If I had to do this again. I would not. As I walked up to the house, I call it that because it's not a Castle, I was not impressed by the trash laying around the entrance. Also the trash floating in the moat was...More
