Very small stop, we actually would have missed it. Nice stop to grab a coffee and use facilities while seeing where the last spike in the railway ended.

Nice place to stop just off the highway. The train run right along the stop and the views are great. Little store is okay and has some cute shirts and lots of souvenirs for decent prices. Lots of places to take pictures. Lots of picnic...More

Small little area to stop, visit the gift shop and use the bathroom. Nice area for a picnic. Good, but not a must-do!

This is a "must stop" place for every rail buff. Apart from a caboose, and a short stretch of old track, there isn't much to see. However, you can get a photograph of yourself wielding a large hammer, driving in the last spike. There is...More

A must for Canadians passing through. A lovely little setting for a momentous bit of Canadian history. Take a picture driving "the last spike" and visit the gift shop for some memorabilia.

This is a great stop for old and young, visitors as well as Canadians. There are good-sized washrooms here, as well a nice little gift shop. The most important thing is to take a few moments to think about the amazing accomplishment building the trans-Canada...More

The Last Spike is actually a rail/history themed rest stop. As a rest stop, it is a good one. As a historical feature, it is a bit limited with a few outdoor features; but a good place for a stroll and a few photos.
