This was the last trail we rode coming into Port Dover from Glen Morris to celebrate my 76th birthday. The trees offering lots of shade were a welcome relief from the trail north of Simcoe.

This is a nice stretch of rail trail from Port Dover to Simcoe (and beyond!). You'll pass a variety of farmland and cross wooden bridges over beautiful streams. Well maintained, generally flat. A great place to walk and cycle. There's a fair bit of traffic...More

I walked my sweet dog, a golden retriever, here. Everyone else with a dog said their dog was not friendly. The trail needs more benches for seniors with arthritis, such as myself. I will not return!!

The Lynn Valley Trail takes you all along the water and north to Norfolk county... Beautiful and relaxing the old train path through the county...

We loved this quiet, un-busy, shaded trail. Lots of nature, forests alongside, and flat pathway. A good ride!

If you bring your bike to Norfolk county, which is an excellent place for riding with lots of paved, flat, relatively quiet roads, be sure to take the ride from Port Dover to Simcoe on the Lynn Valley Trail. It is a beautiful 11km stretch...More

Visiting from Michigan. Walked portions of this trail 2 separate times. No litter, informational signage of history, clean bathrooms along the way.

this gorgous trail follows th Lynn River from Dover to Simcoe......crossing lots of old rail tressel bridges.....a nice easy walk.....
