About
There is no better way to see our Port than from the water. Take a tour with Nomada Charters for just that. We have the River Rider which is available for one hour sightseeing tours on a pontoon boat. You will take a leisurely trip up Lynn Valley River and into the Black Creek Nature Reserve. Along the way you will see prestigious homes, exquisite yachts and wildlife. While enjoying the sights you will be provided with colourful commentary, peppered with interesting and comical historical lore and a little island music to go with the experience. We also provide private charters and can accommodate bus tours.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Peaceful, picturesque, informative...have taken this 1 hour cruise every year...never tire of it. The captain is so pleasant & funny, looking forward to this year's trip...

We have taken this tour a couple times, once as with family and another time with my sisters, who came for a visit from London, ON. This summer if you are open we hope to take a couple of friends from St. Catharines who claim they have never taken a boat ride in Port Dover. Hoping you are open later July.

Nice way to spend an hour. Great narration throughout the ride. Saw lots of beautiful properties along the water. I would recommend giving it a try.

I’ve taken this boat ride a cool times. Great fun for my niece and nephew, grandkids, family and friends, young and old. A little history, fabulous views - such a pleasant experience. Go, you’ll be glad you did.

We took the Lynn River cruise on the spur. It took about an hour from start to finish. The cottages, and mansions were beautiful. I never realized that this river went back so far. The tour operator was very knowledgeable and I would recommend this little trip for anyone who would like to just sit back and enjoy a leisurely trip down the river.

A beautiful ride along the river. The man driving was wonderful and pointed out some of the wild life and special homes along the river. He even let my 2 youngest kids drive the boat!! This made their day! Definitely recommend this boat cruise!

We enjoyed the one hour boat ride on the river. The boat rides run every hour after 12:00 I believe. We paid 15.00. They also have a sunset cruise which is 25.00 we went at 2:00 and we were only 1 of 5 people on the boat on friday. I am assuming they aren't too busy during the week. I would recommend it as it was relaxing

We were a group of 32 from the Escarpment Probus Club of Milton, and as part of our day outing in Port Dover and the surrounding district, we enjoyed a very pleasant hour long boat cruise with Nomada. The captain (and tour guide) gave us humorous and knowledgable insights into the wildlife and real estate of the area. Great way to spend an hour-worth the trip if you are in the Port Dover area.

I have been trying to contact this company to organize a group booking. I have called, texted and emailed on their site but have had no response. This is very poor customer service.
