Small lighthouse with a plaque. It's pretty basic. Parking is free, it's easy to find. No entry, close to 'downtown' Manitowaning. Cute town to get out of the car and stretch your legs in, and this lighthouse is part of it.

The lighthouse is along the road, looks like many in the area. I suppose what makes it special is that it is still a functioning lighthouse. We took a photo and moved on.

The lighthouse is at the end of Arthur street so the map is slightly off. The town is beautiful and there's some great view points of the bay but there's lots of mature trees in the way of seeing anything from the actual lighthouse.

Manitoulin does not lack in lighthouses, and this is one of many. However, it is easy to get to from the main road toward Little Current in a few minutes, and has a few other nice local landmarks within a short walking distance.

If you have a chance while in town, do the historical walking tour, and let the locals fill in the history that's missing which they will do when they see you wandering the streets!
