This is one of my favourite glaciers! Such a beautiful and mystical thing to see up close. The hike has a few moments of difficulty and can be a bit slippy in places but all fitness levels should be able to do this no problem....More

It was a wonderful experience taking the troll car up to view the spectacular glacier. It was raining on the way and hence we had ours umbrellas open.The scenery was beautiful with autumn foliage.

Further thoughts, after reading the other replies: if the local bus time table is still the same as I had read previously on Tripadvsor, it leaves at 9.50am and the return bus leaves Briksdal car park at 1pm. You can check... More
