Unfortunately, the museum is now closed, primarily due to lack of funds I believe. This is a great shame as Chesham is a great town with much history and tales to tell both social and industrial. Hope a generous benefactor will save it.

Want to wander back in time, then this is the place( if its open) Everything from when Chesham made boots to collecting watercress. Good to see old pictures of the high street, etc so you could compare today. Sensible pricing for gifts .
