An enjoyable experience all round. Everything is well organised and Paul was knowledgeable and relaxed. The recipes are fairly easy to cook and the way that it's organised so that you have a small banquet at the end (with margeritas) works really well. I would...More

We turned up to do the American BBQ class today and when our names were not on the list the instructor was very very rude to the point we were embarrassed and humiliated even after I showed him the receipt. They tried to blame us...More

A very friendly & informal way of learning how to prepare & cook dumplings. A lot of fun with Ken the Chef, he certainly knew his profession.

We got a cooking class as a gift, it was informative and a lot of fun. It was the American BBQ class. We learnt several dishes we will hopefully be cooking at home in the future!

What a fantastic way to learn to cook dumplings. Chef Ken was brilliant, the technique was easy to follow and best of all I pretty much ate everything I made. This was a birthday gift and one which I absolutely loved. Cannot recommend more highly.

This dumpling-making class was so informative, so much fun and so delicious. My whole family enjoyed the company of all the participants, Chef Ken's friendly and knowledgeable manner and the delicious feast we produced. Keep up the good work Sydney Cooking School.
