I got a Groupon for the 3-hour zip lining adventure, and my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun. The obstacle course is tricky and you will need some upper body strength. The staff were very friendly and helped us along the way.

My wife and I a\have been through the ziplining installations. Even if challenging in some obstacles, it remains safe and secure for all. If you have never tried, this is a must do. Note that it requires a minimum of strength and endurance to pass all obstacles and wires.

This is something everyone who visits Ottawa should have a go at. We only discovered it by word of mouth as it is not on the tourist radar at all. The big downside for out-of-town tourists is that you will need a hire car to get to the camp. We took an Uber cab out there and were lucky enough... More

This is a great activity. The zip lining is fun and the instructors are great. The aerial obstacles are definitely challenging. All in all it was worth the time and money spent. Location is easy to get to, and the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Be prepared for a few heart stopping moments.

Took 4 of our grand-children, aged 9 to 13. They did the children aerial course and zip line which was just challenging enough for them. They had a great time. Very safe and great instructions prior to starting. They also did the jumping from the tower. They thought it was awesome.

I had so much fun at this beautiful park that I wish I could go every week. It was challenging and exhilarating and for about $30ish plus tax, it was a bargain. The course is mostly obstacles at first with a couple of zip lines. There was a big group ahead of us so there was a bit of waiting... More

We did the children's course and it provided just the right amount of thrills for the six kids in our group (ages 5-11). The ziplines and elements were challenging enough to keep the older kids entertained and not to tough for the younger ones to be able to complete (with a little help from parents and staff). A special thank... More

As a extended family outing 7 members of the family ranging in age 53-60 years of age participated in the 3 hour obstacle coarse and zip lining adventure. We had a great time. The coarse was challenging but if you are moderately fit you should enjoy the coarse. The staff was able to help you whenever you needed help or... More

We did ski camp last year, very well organised. I was impressed that many of the instructors are seniors or at-least older adults rather than young teens. I ski for the morning while the kids have a lesson then we ski together for the afternoon. Not the most challenging hill but there is enough variety and the price is right... More

One of the boys was not tall enough to do the adventure course, but the kid's course was perfect for our first time. Staff was friendly and welcoming, the demo and explanation was just long enough to get us comfortable, the course was, to quote my son, "not as fast or exciting as a roller coaster, but actually more thrilling...
