Cahuil has a beatiful place to visit with the family. Yo can actually see how they harvest the salt. Just amazing.

Very nice route following the different natural pools where they produce artisanally salt (starting in November when water starts to evaporate). You will see many birds too.

. Theirs is the best. Great local business... support it! WE went to the Salt Co op. They were great for photo ops. Salt was tasty. We bought 6 kgs for about $5. Wish I had brought some fresh tomatoes to go with them!
