The Lá Rebelion escape room was amazing! The production was great with very nice little details that give for massive immersion. Not only the escape room was good but also the lobby and staff were great, setting perfect atmosphere before heading to the room.

We've done a handful of escape room, The Cipher room was hands down the best one we've ever done. There were so many challenges, eventually it all make perfect sense. I love that when we walk into the room, there were even a layer of fog. (That's what we think we seen anyway) Really really set the scene. Highly highly recommend it!!

My partner and I did the Marlowe Hotel back in about 2019 and it became the absolute gold standard of escape rooms for me ever since. We came back today to do the Cabin and were not disappointed. Extremely well designed with aesthetics, puzzle flow, and story in mind. A great twist at the end and awesome puzzles on both the horizontal and vertical plane. And to top it off; a pin if you escape. Can’t wait to come back and do Espionage!

We escaped The Marlow hotel. Grateful for extra time to complete. Our brains took a bit of time to warm up to clues. Impressed with some multi parts dimensions set up. Remember, everything you see, no matter how familiar or trivial…are meant to be there for something….and not everything is at eye level. Remember to use all your senses.

So much fun! Amazing set design, challenging puzzles without being frustrating. Finished their La Rebellion room right on the full hour. We’ll definitely be going back to try their other rooms!

My escape room buddies and I are from Melbourne and came to Cipher Room 2 years ago while on a short Sydney trip. We did Espionage and The Cabin, and the experience was so fun and memorable that we vowed to return and do all the other rooms. This weekend, we did it and the experience was somehow even more fun and memorable than our first time. The rooms are so immersive and beautifully themed that Cipher Room (both locations) is easily one of the best escape room places we have ever visited. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, if you can, check them out! Our faves: The Cabin at Newtown and Mr Pepper's at St Peters. But all the rooms are great!

We went to La Rebellion as a party of 8 for my 12 year old son's birthday. Our host was Ace, by name and by nature. They were so brilliant and kind in explaining what to expect and the Do's & don't s (we had kids aged from 12 to 8) so we entered the room feeling excited and prepared. Ace told us that if we ever got stuck they could help us by giving us helpful clues along the way. They did help us a few times, not by solving the problem for us, but by helpfully pointing us in the right direction or asking us to re-look at a clue, this enabled us to solve the puzzle ourselves and our kids had a real sense of achievement. Even though La Rebellion is a high difficulty game, with Ace's help, we were able to finish the room ourselves. We ran overtime by 15 mins and Ace allowed us to have extra time so that we could finish. This was the the most exciting and thrilling experience and we can't wait to return for each of our kids birthdays 🏃🏽‍♀️🎯📷🥳⭐️🔥😎

A fantastic experience and remarkable atmosphere; it's very clear that much love and dedication has gone into crafting The Cipher Room's rooms and stories, and we are all the better for it :) This year we explored Mr Pepper's Toy Shop, a moderate difficulty escape room with horror-themed elements and had quite a fun time going through each puzzle presented to us! (I imagine the decision to play this at a late night timeslot also added its own flavour, too...) Particular highlights include the incredible mechanical work involved inside one of the puzzles and the culmination of our investigation at the end as well, with a consistent ambience that had me quite startled every time there was even a hint of a jumpscare LOL. We have done one other room at The Cipher Room previously (The Cabin), and I'm also very pleased to note that there are very few if any repeating puzzles here, making for a fresh new experience in and of itself. More collectable pins, hurray! Thank you for having us!

The room was really well set up and very interesting and with some cool surprises in there. It was hard though. But then again I’m 61 years old so not so sharp anymore. The younger ones in my group loved it, it was quite challenging. Thanks for the little pin/medal at the end.

Wow! We came all the way from Los Angeles and we were very excited to play at Cipher Rooms. It did not disappoint! In addition to clever and exciting rooms with immersive sets, the staff were some of the kindest I've met doing escapes all over the world. I highly recommend that you go play these exciting games. We played Mr Pepper'sand Rebellion. It was a great experience for our family to share. :-) I would love to say more, but that would ruin the fun, so go check it out for yourself.
