Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. WORST TEMPLE EVER. Could not recommend any less. People shouting, no one is helpful.

As usual, the Iskcon Temple everywhere is very beautiful and so is the case in Sydney. It makes you feel full of positive energy. The temple is very beautiful especially the Hare Krishna Kirtan.

Any ISKCON (Hare Krishna) temple is a great place to visit and start one's spiritual life. Like all their temples, the North Sydney temple (Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Mandir) is open from 4:30am - 9pm with majority of the programs on the weekend. There is a Sunday lunch feast class followed by a vegetarian feast for one and all. During major festivals, thousands of people come from around Sydney and therefore make sure you come in early to get a place to sit inside. North Sydney station is a 20-min walk away but there are many buses available right from the temple corner too. If you have time, you can volunteer to help them out where you can too!

This temple is typically ISKON right from the idol style to the chanting of Hare Rama Hare Krishna. People are friendly and the lunch that is served on Sundays is free of charge, quite elaborate, delicious and well served with a smile. However, the route instructions on the website are not clear. It was indicated that parking is available on the roads nearby only in certain slots, and that the temple is a 10 minute walk away from North Sydney train station. So we decided to take the train instead of the hassles of finding parking space which might not be available due to the crowds likely to visit the temple. Unfortunately it was a very warm day, the road to the temple is mostly on the ascent and the walk is much longer than indicated. The drawbacks in the temple complex are inadequate parking space and the queueing for the food in the sun (on sunny Sundays). There is also no shaded sitting place in the courtyard where the food is served. So people have to huddle with their plates under the few trees. Nothing much can be done to accommodate more vehicles in the complex as the space is limited, but at least some temporary shade arrangements can be made for the benefit of the devotees coming from long distances on warm days.

My experience with Iskon Sydney was just more than motivation.

The way foreigners Krishna lovers sing and dance for him is a great sight of devotion and dedication.

Food was the best I have ever had in my life. They allowed us into kitchen with all the precautions and we helped them in chopping and other stuff.

Peace!
