The six of us enjoyed the experience of "escaping" the room: working together in gathering clues and solving puzzles. The setup was neat and in keeping with the story. The lore was short but appropriate. The ambience supported the narrative quite well. It was never boring! The unlimited clues feature was very helpful. The clues were appropriate and quite simple to understand. The statistics given at the end were interesting and definitely appreciated by me as someone who loved statistics. What's equally important was the conduct of the staff who guided us, Deanna. She was patient, helpful and friendly. That itself set us at ease from the start. Thank you! Highly recommend for everyone to try it at least once.

The room we did was great, it is atmospheric and posed a series of interesting challenges for us to work through as a team. Danielle is a great host and was very friendly and explained everything well. This was our first puzzle room, but Danielle's prep was great and got us ready so we knew what to do. Everyone had a great time and we will be back to try different rooms.

We chose Riddle Rooms "Hotel" as our first experience with escape rooms, and it was an amazing experience! The room was very well designed with lots of secret nooks and crannys. The puzzles were well designed, and while challenging the way forward was always intuitive, keeping frustration to a minimum. Hotel also was a very immersive experience, with lots of light effects even a few jump scares. I also have to give a shout out to the operator, Caitlin, who kept everything running smoothly!
