Stopped in for a wonderful granita in the very cool bar that was featured in The Godfather movie. The staff was wonderful and I only wish that I hadn't just eaten lunch. Everything looked amazing there.

Despite the outrageously slow service visiting this place is a must. It's more a museum than a cafe so just be ready to spend some time there and be patient. It's really worth it. The owners did a great job putting together a display of...More
This bar is a hidden gem up on the mountain top in Savoca. Gives you the real authentic Sicilian feeling. It houses the collection of local photos taken from the scene of the movie. Very charming place, but can be busy when coach busses arrive.
The place with very great views and where one of the codfather movie by F.F Coppola was filmed. At thd Bar Vitelli we drink very good cappuccinos.
When buses are not taking visitors to Bar Vitelli this is a perfect place to chill, drink red wine, have food and enjoy the history of the bar. Make no mistake the Expresso's are top quality and the food is well presented and tasty. We...More

The bar is small and indescript, and that's the charm of it. The godfather scene was shot here where al Pacino asks Apollonis's father for her hand in marriage. The surrounding area is a lovely and a walk up to the church is highly recommended.
