The ladder went all the way into the water but you do still need to be able to climb up. They assisted as much as they could for those who needed it.

When we went in the tour it did both stops. The crew was amazing and was looking out for turtles for us at turtle town. It was an awesome day. The boat is older but well maintained and the crew was fun.
