Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Colleagues and a client decided to make this adventurous trek which takes a number of hours to get to, but if your are a history nut mixed with an artistic passion for stone carving, you'll appreciate the experience.
The detail of the carving is amazing. History, legend and religion scroll along nearly every surface. I only wish my camera hadn't cooked through customs on the way home so I could share the photos.
Because the journey is long and road a bit rough, make sure you have a guide who knows a few good detours to take breaks at or adventure to while you are that far outside of bangalore.
Net: great trip, see more outside of the core of bangalore, but make sure the weather is pleasant while planning - too hot or rainy would ruin this experience.

This temple is about 15 Kms from Bhoga Nandeeshwara Temple and is located on hill top. This is also old temple built in 9th century and the carvings and sculptures are beautiful. This is also a Siva temple. The view of the city below from temple is beautiful. The only thing we were upset was the parking/entry to temple area which is INR 100.Food is available right outside the temple and there is also a view point. Nice place to visit.

This temple is on the top of the hill. More than 1000 year old temple and is built on hard rock with low roofs. Pillars are nicely carved as in Bhoga Nandeeshwara. This temple attracted me so much that never felt like coming out. It has something in it. Very peaceful and pleasant. If you get down from inside, there is a Ganesha and Hanuman temple too. Guess priests are also residing there and they must be given a separate place and temple should be left alone.
