Nice way with horses to get to Limon waterfall. A bit hard, but the way into the wild is something to do. Nice host. The waterfall is beautifull, but it's much better to go early in the morning to avoid a lot of people.

We arrived to Prada La Manzana with our excellent guide Jose Miguel “Lulu”. Our trail guides for the horses are Joaquin and Quiqui they were very good and knowledgeable. The waterfall was amazing. The food was delicious. Highly recommend our guide and the trail guides

We went to this waterfall after a few days of rain, and oh my gosh, the flow was incredible! Unfortunately, this also made the water muddy so it detracted from the beauty.

I did not realize how difficult & scary this would be, a horse ride to the falls. What was not mentioned that the horses take you up some quite quite steep, muddy and rocky trails. The horses would frequently slip in the mud but they...More
