Anastabella gave us a great tour, explaining the history of Mauritius and sugar on the island. Well worth the visit, one of the leaders of producing sugar in the world. You also get to taste the different types of sugar!

Is it possible to get the bus here?

The bus doesn't go directly to the entrance. You'd need to take a bus to the Pamplemousses roundabout and walk to it from there. That would take no more than 10 minutes.
