It was great to get out on the Aristocat 2 again! It is a beautiful yacht. We were last on this boat in 1998, and enjoyed both of our trips. The sunsets are particularly impressive at the moment, due to the ash still in the atmosphere from the Tongan volcano back in January this year. The women crewing the boat are very good at their job, and good fun to travel with. We spotted some dolphins, but sadly there is no chance of seeing dugongs from this trip any more, as the sea grass beds in this part of the bay were destroyed by a "heat wave" in the water a few years ago. (It is made clear when booking that there is no guarantee of spotting wildlife on the sunset cruise - therer is a separate wildlife cruise.)

We had an amazing experience on the catamaran. 5yo loved sitting on the nets looking for dolphins, and appreciated the skill and experience of the skipper searching for dugong. Spotted a turtle swimming by, and were lucky to see whales. Overall a brilliant day out and thoroughly recommend for time on the water and close up interactions with sea life
