Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Nice day on the water at Monkey Mia with Jade and crew. Saw dugongs, turtles and dolphins. Enjoyed a sparking rose on bought on board with our own cheese and crackers. Jade is very knowledgeable and commentary was informative. With her passion for the marine environment she’d be a good marine biologist as well as the expert skipper she already is.

Can recommend this cruise as part of the Monkey Mia experience.

This tour was super fun! The skipper, Jade, was also the tour guide. She did a tremendous job, and we saw several cow and calf pair of dugongs. The water was absolutely stunning, birdlife good, turtles and rays. Super awesome time!!

After watching the dolphins feeding on the beach we went on the cruise. We cruised around another dolphin pod seeing them close up and then saw a number of dugong.
Overall an excellent enjoyable trip

Great. Good value for money. Lots of animals; although we booked it respecting that can’t be guaranteed. Licensed. Clean loo. Enough space for everyone to get good views and plenty of space on desk. Skipper (Jay?) was a very knowledgable young lady, and the tattooed lady (sorry, can’t remember name but LOVE the ink) was a darlin and great with kids. Both staff are a real asset, clearly very passionate with good local knowledge. Appreciated a tip from the skipper on a calm beach around the point to swim at afterwards. Fun for everyone including the boom net, but whether you did that or not, were a couple or family, overall a very satisfying trip.

Great trip on a catamaran to see dugong, dolphins and turtles. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew. Learnt about the difficulties facing this ecosystem and PerfectNatures efforts to preserve the environment for the wildlife.
If you get a chance try the boomnet experience. Great fun!

I thought for the money, this had better be good! And it was. Not too busy- a pleasant volume of people for the tour.
Kids and families seem to sit on the bottom and we perched at the top.
As expected the kids just run around and the parents stop parenting, even though they are told the medical ‘situation’ before we set off.
Bar is reasonably priced.
Tattooed lady is very knowable and personable and is an asset to the crew.

The captain was funny although once the engine kicked in, couldn’t hear him on the mic upstairs, right hand side.

Toilets clean, boarding seamless although get there early and queue yourselves to stop others just arriving as they open and nabbing the best seat.

You can go on the net at the back if you wish at the end of the tour so bring your wets if you want too.

Dogs are allowed on board but having seen a great Dane take a piece out of the crew member today, that might not be the case for much longer.
