the road needs work and the beach is getting very crowded, but what a lovely beach to have nearby. Parking can be an issue if you want to go to the "clean side" of the beach (less rocks and dead fish)

Busy beach, but good place to spend a sunny afternoon. No amenities, so make sure you take water and everything else you need for a day/afternoon out.

There's parking fpr maybe a half dozen vehicles and a Johnny-On-The-Spot. A short trail leads to a nice quit beach. It's quite long and a lot of sand. A nice place to visit for no money at all. Enjoy!

Just went there with my daughter and grandchildren. It's free and it's beautiful. The water is lovely and the beach is nice. The kids had fun all day. The water is shallow and safer for small children.

A shame because it looks like a nice spot to swim. Long crescent shaped beach and warm shallow water for wading. May try visiting again in future, hopefully with less overpowering stench.

We checked out James Allan today for a potential beach party with friends. The east beach (east of the point with the private cottages) is very sandy but the water is too shallow for adult swimming although it is an ideal, safe depth for young...More

Myrnam Beach is a wonderful quiet secluded sandy beach that is thankfully a little hard to find. No facilities except a couple of permanet outhouse style washrooms and parking.

Provincial Park on a small peninsula with Lake Erie on either side. Beach is quite nice if the algae is not a factor. Park is not really maintained but it is a cheap and fun beach day if you don't need a lot of facilities.
