The young man at the tasting desk was so friendly and helpful. We were going to have a tasting before we went in to have lunch he suggested we go in and grab a table first as there were only a couple left. So we went in ordered lunch then came back to taste a few wines to select what... More

We went on a wine tour and stopped here for a tasting. The Pinot Gris was by far the best we had. They also had a friendly dog to keep us company.

We had a cheese platter and bottle of wine, shared between four people. Our waitress was very friendly and pleasant, happy to talk about the wine and the Tasmanian cheeses. The building is stylish and modern, nice view, relaxed setting.

Gorgeous wines and lovely food to match in the restaurant. I personally loved the sparkling Rose and Pinot Gris. I had the potato prosciutto pizza for lunch which was delicious and large enough for two. My husband has the steak which was lovely and tender. Oysters and Arancini to start were also very good. Lovely modern dining room and swift... More

Velo Winery, as well as producing a wonderful pinot gris, has a lovely dining area. My husband and I enjoyed lunch there recently - picturesque setting, great service, good space between tables and tasty food. The duck pie was particularly enjoyed.
