I love learning from Sand as much as I love receiving a treatment from her! I highly recommend The Footprint Connection 2 Day Reflexology Training. You will feel amazing and gain really useful information and skills!

I'm going through The Spiral with Sand at the moment and what she offers above ie. the support, seeing straight through the BS, connecting you back to your intuition and inner power is all true. The service Sand is offering here is truely freeing.
During The Spiral process I have been experiencing her skills to free me of beliefs, emotions and blockages that have been holding me back all my life, as promised.
Yesterday's session which involved values was truely eye opening. I've been doing online courses and workshops and retreats for about 10 years. My sessions with Sand have been very personalised and supportive, nothing has been as freeing as Sand's work.

Felt like I was in very skilled hands. Sand has a very caring and soft nature, coupled with great intuition and grounded presence,making her treatment highly beneficial. She had some great insights into tools to use to in everyday life.

Absolutely life changing stuff!!! Sand has managed to help me work through all the stuff that was holding me back! I've been able to work with her to implement specific tools to really thrive, and to drill down on my physical health as well to overcome both known and unknown issues!!
I am finally able to see that with her guidance, I can dream BIG and create and make my life super wonderful and deserving.
I also did Sand's two day reflexology course and have been able to really start to get a feel for not only treating myself (especially holding my points at the end of a long day), but also for treating my child and family - my 84 year old grandmother just loved the treatment!!
So many amazingly helpful blog posts and articles and free resources too!! Thanks Sand for your guidance and wisdom and knowledge!! Cannot recommend you highly enough to others!!

Sand is an amazingly intuitive, passionate and dedicated empowerment coach and practitioner and I am so grateful to have been able to study and work with her. I had the blessing of participating in her amazing “Empowerment Mastery for Changemakers” coaching course. Such a wonderful and enlightening journey! We had full support and accountability from Sand throughout it and the course content in itself was incredibly comprehensive and powerful. I uncovered so much about myself, my lifelong passions and my deep soul purpose, as well as huge amounts of guidance for practical application, and all this has led to THE most empowering and exciting outcomes in both my professional life AND my personal life! I am so thankful to have discovered the magic of The Footprint Connection along my journey and I highly recommend Sand and her beautiful empowerment offerings.

I have been so blessed to have been working with Sand on and off for a couple of years now.
I have to say the results which flowed on from her incredibly clear and concise treatments are phenomenal.
It, without a doubt, has changed every faucet of my life path.
It made me look at everything from a different stance and perspective, without self judgement and with more flow and knowing.
Sands sessions are light, real, fun and deeply relaxing...and highly addictive!!!
She is super intuitive and always only works from the space of truth.
I honestly can highly recommended anyone who'd like to see lasting change in their lives, physical or emotional.
I am honored to have met Sand.
