Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I lived in this place for eleven months ( 6 months first season and 5 second season ) , in few days I am going leave , unfortunately I can't come back , I will leave apiece of my heart here.
Here you can feel the real Australia around you animals , trees and plants , the best point is if you want to have a sandwich at maccas or make a shopping in Wolly the town is only 5 minutes away by car , this place is amazing, clean, quite (when is full 40 people ) and you can make a really good family group and have amazing party after one long week at work .
There are games room , tv room even a lake with hammock , a fire place where you can enjoy the beautiful sky and here you can also see the amazing sunset or sunrise .... I want to spend good words also for the owner Rhys and Vanessa I gonna miss you , I'll cry when I'll leave , I saw your children growing up (they are the power in your hostel ).... I'll never stop to say thanks for let me living my Australian dream

Had a fantastic day! Rhys was great as our tour host. Collected us all from varying places and we headed off for the wine tour. Our first stop was Vintner's Secrets Vineyard owned by Ed & Marianne who led us through a thorough tasting of their collection then put on a very tasty morning tea! Off to the Paragon Theater for a tour around the recently renovated Heritage Listed building by the lovely Marissa. Overt then to Ohana winery for a spectacular lunch, tasting and a tour of the exotic fruit orchard. Such a laid back, relaxing day exploring our wonderful region of beautiful produce. Thanks Rhys - had a ball!
