Situated along the shore, Jandia Park is a protected area with a rich fauna, local species. The white sand beaches and clear waters offer a spectacular landscape, proper for a walk .

Walked along this on a couple of occasions lots of wildlife to see from chipmunks to parakeets and the odd donkey standing in the central reservation of the dual carriage way

This nature reserve is in front of beach there is some donkeys that seem to live here as well nice to see that it is pretected

Don't miss a stroll with your feet in the surf along this beautiful beach, I think it is nicer than Caribbean beaches. Certainly wilder as the Atlantic Ocean is quite invigorating. Watch out for the little black stones, maybe volcanic, on bare feet. It looks...More

You can walk the footpath on the outside or the beach on the outside, but you must walk down one of the allowed walkways through it, great area of salt marshes, the wild life is extraordinary.
