I didn’t know that Burdur Museum has such impressive exhibition before. Thanks to excavations in Sagalassos and Kibyra there are wonderful art works of Roman Empire. Thumbs up!

THIS IS A MUST. All the statues and other archeological items found from the Sagalossos Antique City are gathered here. Giant statues in quite a good shape will amaze you. Museum is very well organized. Don't miss it.

Thrilled to visit this museum, especially after seeing Sagollopolis. Highly recommended, but we were disappointed that there was no book available about the sites represented there, nor about the museum itself. Just a brochure is kindly offered. Good labelling of exhibits in English as well...More

If you have visited Sagalassos, Cybra or Kremna you should visit the Burdur archeological museum. Especially statues founded in Sagalassos are amazing.

This is a very well organised, very informative museum. It was a big surprise to find such a good museum in Burdur. I absolutely loved it. The pieces exhibited are amazing. If you go to Burdur and around, don't miss!

Burdur Museum has a rich collection. It contains original statues from Sagalassos. Artefacts from Sagalassos and other archeological sites are displayed in the Museum as well. Shortly, Burdur Museum is place to visit for fulluy capturing the life in ancient city of Sagalassos
