The half of the estate is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, one third is planted with Merlot and remaining with Syrah and Pinot Noir. The altitude of the vineyard is 110m to 140m, all facing south with a slope of 18% except Pinot Noir parcel which faces north with 8% slope. There are either very good or very bad reviews. I’ll tell you why, Mrs. Nazan was into the wine and told us the story of the wine on her cruise. I’ve had many tastings before, and it’s the first time I’ve had such a sense of the journey of wine. We were a group of 20 people, first tasting and then eating at a table-perfect table in Italian films in the middle of the neighborhood equipped with great grilled and homemade food. During dinner, we kept tasting with other wines. I loved Shiraz and Merlot. I got a lot of bottles of wine at a fairly great price compared to the retail price.
As for the bad reviews, I don’t think it’s a commercial destination, but it doesn’t have a tourist structure to please everyone, though we’re very happy. It’s like you’re going to the house of the Nazan ladies and tasting their wines. If it’s wine, make sure to go because it’s very good! If you say weekend hopping, I don’t understand much of wine, there are plenty of tourist attractions around with lower-quality wine...

Unrespectful a lady with no professional courtesy welcome you without any hospitality. If you have some money for wine , there are many other alternatives around. You may skip this one directly. No need to visit.

Chateau Nuzun is definitely a hidden gem. We live in Virginia and visit local vineyards rhere all the time. I think the wines we tasted in Nuzun are better than Virginia produced wines. The wineyard produces only reds and rose for now amd each one of them are tasty and unique. They have full bodied, spicy and more mild/suttle versions of cabernets and syrahs. The staff is very warm and friendly. The venue is very nicely decorated. The land is beautiful right off the coast of the sea of Marmara. The owners lived in California and worked as engineers in high-tech firms and then decided to move back to their homeland and follow their dreams of starting their own vineyard. They have been producing their own wine for about 10 years now. The only thing us there is no food in the facility but if you call and make a reservation before going they can arrange it for you. You can taste 4-5 types of wine for only 10 lira. (US $ 3-4) and there is a 20% discount if you by more than 6 bottles of wine. There are many meat and fish restaurants in the main street on the way to Tekirdag if you would like to try local fish and meat before or after the vineyard.
