We regularly visit Presqu'ile Provincial Park. It is a great park year around. Not too many people, great views and walks and great wild life. Right now the monarchs are migrating to Mexico. Great beaches for children to go into Ontario Lake.

We camped at Presqu'ile with a group of 10 friends between 2 sites in Elmvale campground for Labour Day weekend. Excellent experience! Our campsite was very clean, large, and quite private thanks to the trees and the sites across being offset. It was also a...More

Love that the trails are not too long and easy. Park setting is beautiful with access to the waterfront in many places. Lots of picnic tables around for a nice lunch with a view!

Second visit, great place for the family. Visit the lighthouse, picnic on the waters edge and then walk the boardwalk. The end of the boardwalk takes you through a forest with the horse trees, and big hit with the kids. Good clean calm fun for...More

Nice clean beach, not crowded like Sandbanks. Just as nice but closer! No shade though so take a beach umbrella.

Yes, dogs are welcome. They are NOT allowed at the Sandy beach, but you can take them close to the camping ground to the gravel beaches. They will love it.

No dogs are permitted at the sandy beaches. You can let the dogs swim on the pebble beaches in the day area towards the light house. My dog loves it.
