The shrine is not far from Mishima station. For Sakura Fans: On Apr 11, 99% of the cherry blossom is ended in the Shrine. But there are other flowers blossoming.

Have been to many Japanese shrines before but this one still impresses. The pond at the entrance enhanced the balance and tranquility. It is also in the city only 15 minutes walk from the train station.

This is a very large shrine which is popular with visitors especially during the season of sakura (cherry blossoms). Food is sold near the entrance. Very scenic.
