The red Kochia in the Hitachi Seaside Pard is usually from mid Sep. to mid Oct. But, it was in mid to late Oct. last year.

When I was there in the morning before opening there is some queue however in the park it is not crowded at all as this is a big park. So I guess once u get into the park it is alright anytime ?

Advisable to arrive early for better photo opportunity. Otherwise there will always be people in the background despite the size of the park. It is such a huge park and there are many spots areas fewer visitors.
