We popped in here on a Saturday afternoon, looking for cake & coffee plus a try&buy of some tasty local cheese. Unfortunately we arrived at 3.40pm to be welcomed with the news that they were closing soon; the staff were leaving at 4 and we needed to be out before that. So we had a very nice but hasty coffee,... More

A fabulous surprise in a very rural area of Scotland - many delicious local cheeses plus many familiar ones from our travels in France over the years. They even had our favourite rarity from France - Ossau Iraty! Delightful and helpful staff too made it a very enjoyable visit!

We visited this place after passing the sign many times in the past. It was lovely! I am four months pregnant and the staff were very accommodating. Helping me choose cheese I could eat and picking out decaffeinated tea for me. So friendly, so patient and just a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend this place for a good end to... More

Conveniently place between Inverness and the airport, this coffee shop also offers a cheese shop. The coffee shop was uninspiring in it choice of offerings, the waitress obviously thought we should have ordered something more than coffee and cakes as she came about half a dozen times asking if we're sure that's all we wanted. The cheese, shop was quite... More

Have seen this Cheese Pantry advertised on the way to Inverness but had never visited until now. Went with my fiancée as we wanted to arrange a cheeseboard fir our wedding buffet. Great place to visit. Range of cheese is extensive and very tasty. We tried many and bought 7kg! The tea shop attached has all you need if you... More

We have been meaning to come here for a while, but never got round to until this week. Its a lovely little place, with nice staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a chilled room, where you can buy cheese, and also a little tearoom. The tearoom has a basic, but nice menu with soup of the day on... More

We googled a cheese place nearby Inverness and the Cheese Pantry was the first and best rated venue, so we trusted tripadvisor and gave it a go. If only for the ride from Inverness to the Cheese Pantry it is well worth it, as driving by we came along some beautiful views over the countryside and the Moray Firth. Then... More

Lovely family run place to go for coffee and cake or a light lunch after having a walk along Ardersier beach. Staff very friendly and lovely clean seating area. Large window to watch cheese being made. Only thing to watch out for is the farm track road that takes you up.

Me and my boyfriend visited here on our travels around Inverness. When we arrived, we were worried that there wasn't going to be a large amount of activity going on due to it looking a bit abandoned from the outside but we were surprised by the amount of cheese in this place! Many different types, we really enjoyed it!
