Our Tesla Car club visited the Orchard on an overcast and somewhat rainy day, but it was a great day too! The tour was very interesting and we got to pick two varieties of apples with a great discount at checkout. The owner drover the tractor and gave us excellent commentary the whole day. I would certainly recommend for a family or couples outing. The shop is well stocked with everything 'apple' and 'honey' and prices equivalent to most tourist spots. The children loved riding in the carts behind the tractor and there were apples low enough for them to pick as well. As these Orchards are trying to male a go of it without selling anymore to the major supermarkets - It is certainly worth it for the public to give as much support as possible. The apple varieties we picked were very good, and as they keep for a long time in the fridge we brought home many more than immediate needs!

Despite the rain we had a great morning out and even stayed for a picnic after (there were a dozen or more covered picnic tables).
The tractor ride was full of the history of the farm and details about the trees we passed.
The apples were delicious and the staff friendly.

What a great experience. This was referred to us by family friends, so I organised with more friends to do the fruit picking experience. Speaking with Joanne, she gave us an abundance of history behind Glenbernie along with helpful and informative tips. The kids had so much fun picking fruit and sitting on the tractor for photos. The shop had a variety of different products to purchase. The staff were super friendly and even provided some little cooking tips when it came to the stone fruits picked. We are definitely planning to go back and participate in the next season of fruit picking.

It was lovely to visit the orchard today and support their farm. The tractor ride was very interesting and fun. The fruit was spectacular and very affordable $4/kg. The variety is not available in supermarkets so a real treat. The apple shack had plenty to choose from including honey, mead, alcohol and non alcohol cider etc. we would recommend to people of all ages, in particular young families or anyone who just loves a good piece of fruit!

An easy 20 minutes drive from Bowral which made it a perfect pit stop on the way back home to Sydney. We arrived here on the first day of apple season so the farm had plenty of beautifully red and ripe apples for picking!! We booked for the tour which consisted of a 30min guided session around the farm on the little tractor-pulled carriages and a 30min picking time which was more than enough. The price of apples picked/kg was akin to market rates but nothing beats freshly, DIY picked Royal Galas and knowing that your money goes straight to supporting our local farmers. Kiosk available to buy apple cider, honey mead, jams and other seasonal fruits grown on the farm as well. The whole thing was an enjoyable experience!!

Fantastic experience for the family. So interesting to hear how the orchids are run and hear the secrets of fruit picking.
Whilst some of the patrons seemed oblivious to social distancing, we needed to ensure we were practicing our own.
This place is a hidden gem 💎

A lovely winter’s morning guided walk around the Orchard where the pink blossoms of new fruit were on display. The walk took around 90 minutes at a cost of $10 head and was a little muddy but not enough to cause problems. There is also a fabulous farm shop with whatever fruit is in season as well as wonderful cider made on site and various specialty food based products.
Their other nature windfall is the fabulous Maddens Falls walk across the road . A must do on every visit!

Perfect day out activity that anyone can enjoy! Greeted by Jo and her family who run the family Orchard, big smiles, happy vibes, cost effective, interactive, fun and you will leave satisfied with a full belly and an even fuller heart. They also have a great gift shop with locally sourced and organic products. I could not reccomend this experience enough, you won't be dissapointed.

Wonderful morning picking white peaches, Ruby was fabulous with her explanation of what to look for and how to pick the best fruit. The tractor ride was a lovely experience too, with our son loving seeing your goannas and meeting the farm dog.
The staff in the shop were very helpful, great products available and parking was super easy.
We will definitely be back, Thank you.

This was our first visit to this family orchard. It was not the best of days weather wise, but the rain held off and we all had an awesome time picking our bags of delicious,
fresh off the tree, crispy Gala apples. The tractor ride was as much fun for the adults as the children. The Apple Shack had a great range of goodies to purchase and we enjoyed browsing. We brought some cider, which incidently was delicious. Overall, it was a great morning and we will be returning to pick some more apples when they are ready to go.
