A great way to spend the day

Very relaxing trip around the bay. Quite a long walk into Le Crotoy at the other end but good views all along the journey

Wonderful little steam train which ambles from Le Crotoy to St Valerie. Trains are extremely well looked after and some are over 100 years old. Certainly worth a trip if in the area.

This old train has the magic nostalgia of the older days, with old vapor machines and cars in mint condition. We did the ride from St Valery to Le Torquoy, it's a nice ride, we saw the marshes and the wildlife, mostly birds, but the scenery is a bit monotonous and it takes about 1h with 10-15mins to just exchange... I lived near a steam railway as a child, so the smell of the engines and the sound of the whistle really were a blast form the past! This is the second time we've done this trip, last Summer it was a diesel train which went from the Gare at St Valery, this time of the year it was a... More

Would love to have done this trip the train looked great and the wheelchair would have got on the train but no ramp or possibility of using our own ramp. Very disappointed

A cute little steam train journey through the country side which was very reasonably priced. It took us from St Valery to Le Crotoy which was a very nice place to visit. Lovely restaurants and views as well as a good market. You are also able to take your bikes on board if you fancy a ride around Crotoy. A... More

Wonderful trip. A real bone shaker of a ride but well worth it for the views and camaraderie of the passengers. Le Crotoy was fabulous if when you get off the train you head towards the port not the beach ( we did the latter first and it was a long, uninspiring walk).Lots of restaurants, walks and places to picnic...
