We went recently in October 2018, so we didn't have to pay any entrance fee since it's low season. However, that also means that most of the establishments are closed, e.g. bakeries etc. The gift shop is open though & has a cafe inside so...More

A beautiful fishing village with some well preserved shops & houses. The restaurant and the bakery also very nice and offering good food. We loved the souvenirs shop, full of antique commercial signs and products. A lovely visit.

750NOK per person entrance fee to walk around a tiny fishing village. No different to all the other pretty fishing villages you can explore for free. We visited the cafe which was closed for a cruise ship lunch! The substitute cafe in the General Store...More

We arrived nine o'clock in the morning and had a breakfast at the restaurant followed by a cup of coffee at the nearby bakery. The place is nice and definitely worth a visit. I note that some reviers comment the entrance fee. I just hope...More

Our cruise tour took us here. It's a small village kept as much as possible in the original look with the houses, wharf, and shops in their original buildings.

They have recently opened a bakery in the historic village and it is really good! Expensive, but everything tastes great. The cinnamon rolls are better than in Å! Check out the pictures.

We were rather puzzled as to why visitors were being charged to enter Nusfjord, but decided to go after the guide book had told us not to miss it. Yes, it is picturesque. Yes, there is a restaurant on the waterfront. Yes, there is a...More

A cute and quaint historical fishing village off the main highway E10. In summer, there is a 75 NOK fee to get in, apparently for the preservation of the site, so it is not like coming upon a village on your own doing. The tour...More

Had not really planned on looking around, rather we were taking the hiking trail round to Nesland. You have to pay to enter in high season but if you speak to the kiosk they will let you through without charge for the coastal path.
