Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had a very unpleasant experience when I wanted to enter the Morne enclosure. There was no one either at the entrance or at the shop to be able to pay the €5 requested. I then said to myself that it was was perhaps closed and I will continue on my way to discover the place. When I took out my phone to take a photo a man jumped on me and told me that if I had such an expensive phone even though it was an old phone I would have to pay €5. I said but I didn't know that I had to pay because there was no one there I thought it was closed I went towards the little shop and there an old lady jumped on me calling me names because that I had not paid the entrance fee then three of them started attacking me to make me pay it was really a very unpleasant and shocking experience because I had no intention of not paying it It's just that there was no one there and I didn't know
where to go. I strongly advise you not to go there because it is very small and €5 just to take a photo. It's really not worth it. Certainly the view is beautiful but it looks more like a tourist trap.

Pay an entrance fee of €5 per person to allow you to take photos on a 360° view and which supposedly gives you access to a garden that I am still looking for...
It's a complete scam. The owners have found the vein...
Certainly, the view is magnificent from up there, but from there you have to pay an entrance fee of €5/person!!!
Coming back down you have (on the left) an almost similar and free viewpoint.
I do not recommend this "tour".

Stay away, yes the view is nice but you can see it from the road as well. Nobody at the entrance, when you are almost at the top a rude lady yells at you 4euro.
On the top all the look outs are covered up and tied down. Bunch of chairs stack in the middle... you are paying for nothing. 8euro is not much, but for what.
You even need to unchain exit by yourself

Can only recommend this great place! The 4E are worth the guided tour of Rose Marie: you will learn a lot about Martinique and about a creole garden.
Thanks again Marie Rose for this unique experience.

The 360° view was amazing in spite of the fact that it was cloudy. Lots of history to be learned from the very informative staff. I can't remember her name but she did a great job sharing her knowledge of the place and even volunteered to take pictures for us. This is a must see when visiting Martinique .

It was our last day in Martinique, the car was packed and coming down from Riviere-Pilote, we found this place and stopped. The little entry fee requested is every penny worth!
We spent over an hour in this majestic garden with medicinal plants. Our guide Rose-Marie did not only describe what we saw (majestic views on Le Marin up to the Diamant), she also told us a lot about the Easter traditions in Martinique. We got a drink and ice cream on the little terrace overseeing the bay. Many thanks Rose-Marie, you made this last day in Martinique unforgettable!
