Located in the middle of nowhere this is a very photogenic church. Well worth a visit. There was a cafe located nearby which had closed, so do not expect any refreshments.

The church appears to ve almost in the middle of nowhere. Perfect proportions and amazing details on the facade. Just beautiful. Really worth the trip. Try to do it as part of a longer trip to other romanesque churches in the area (Logudoro).

I never intended to visit this church but I was so happy to come across it when driving. I was familiar with it as I saw photos of it in my Sardinia guide. A great 12th century church with a great architecture in both its...More

Worth seeing. The stone the church is made from is local. The views around the church are very impressive.

When you take the S597 road you all of a sudden see the most beautiful romanesque church of the island. The atmosphere, inside and out, is unforgettable!

A lovely Romanesque church a few miles south east of Sassari. Beautiful frescoes in the apse. Look for the carved cows on the portico columns.

Interesting place to visit although you will need a car to get here. You will see it when travelling on the Sassari to Olbia road. The frescos inside are fragile and have suffered with age but they are interesting. Strange to see the design of...More

Worth a trip even though this place is in the middle of nowhere and you need a car to get to it. Good cafe by the side of the church if you fancy a longer stop.
