We love visiting this beach each time we are in Messinia. It is beautiful and untouched by the commercial beach umbrellas and the food canteens. You need to have drinks/food/ umbrellas with you. The water is clean and beautiful and quite shallow for the little ones close to the shore. We walked along the sand dunes to get to the... More

We spent a lovely day on the beach and virtually had it to ourselves. I suspect it would get crowded in the peak summer months, but worth visiting.

You have to find it without people in order to appreciate its unique beauty. In august is a bit too crouded so i would not recomend it

This was a beautiful spot though too windy on the day we visited which made swimming slightly dangerous at times. No sunbeds or canteen, which is what I liked. Bring your own snacks, parasols and anything you need though.

Anyone who has visited must rate Voidokilia has something special. Not the easiest to get to but worth the effort.

A gem!! It was never crowded when we went, water was warm, clear and shallow. No amenities around as this is a protected habitat. Just beach, water, brink everything you may need. But oh, it was beautiful!

Perfect round shape and crystal clear waters. Take a snorkel, you'll find good underwater life near the rocks and on the small rocky islands in the middle. Be very careful and don't leave anything in your car - you'll be robbed. We found our car with broken glass and missing bags. The policeman in the station in Pylos told me... More

A beach shaped like an omega, just 5 mins away from the parking leads you to crystal clear, shallow waters. A hike up to the castle on the cliff gives the best scenic shots of the area. Wind, mozzies and rubbish dumps could be the biggest spoiler of the day. Great for families. A must do if you're in the... More
