Went here for a swim. Take everything you need with you as no facilities there except a car park. Lovely bay but can get windy so you might get sand blasted on the beach.

The best beach in the area. Go and climb to the ruins of the castle. It is the perfect exercise of the day.. the views are just incredible..

Nice beach, with calm warm waters. Not as spectacular as Elafonisi in Crete. Take potable water and umbrella with you, as there is absolutely nothing at the beach. Avoid weekends because it gets crowded.

As above, but if you have any phone data plan...google maps will get you there easily from Kalamata....some orange and tomato street stalls as you leave Kalamata..... take everything you need with you as at Voidkilia there... More
