Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Caracol Falls stay neat the Caracol Natural Park, but the entrance is outside the Park, so pay attention to that detail. There is a nice ride in a very safe cable car that takes three different levels. You start in the middle one, then you go up to the highrer point, then you go down to the lower level (where the good pictures are taken), and then you go back up to the middle level again, where you exit the attraction.in the uppder level there was an exihibit called "Cultures that speak" with wooden devices where one can mimic the sounds of animals in the jungle. Overall, the attracttion is quite worth it. One hint: there is not good place to have lunch in the attraction, only a small cafe with a few snacks, Try to get there early in the morning and have lunch back in downtown Canela of whereever you came from.

Very beautiful place transformed into a structured park many years ago. In the past, long time ago, I even camped there!

I was at the park on 10/09/23, and to my disappointment the ticket price was 75 reais per person and another 30 reais for parking, that is, a couple spends 180 reais just to enter a park, whose main attraction is a natural beauty, a waterfall, something that should be in the public domain and for the public. Nothing against charging what they consider fair for mechanical attractions (elevator, cable car, etc.) but 75 for just entering? Abusive price worthy of a consultation with the Public Ministry. I was there in September 22 and I only paid 30 reais per person to enter, today 30 is the parking, which I also don't understand why they charge so much, there are no covered spaces, and not even the route for visitors from the parking lot to the ticket office is covered.
What changed for prices to rise so much?

The place is beautiful, I had been there when my son was a child, and it was better (he is now 20 years old). There are deactivated areas, such as an observatory, which has been closed full of weeds since 2015, for maintenance that, with all the money they receive, they have not yet done. The only thing that scared us was Floribau, it was bizarre. Otherwise, the landscapes are beautiful. It's not even remotely worth charging 63.00 per person. 40 would be well paid, for the more or less care of the place.

Guys, be aware that there is nothing beyond the waterfall. The value is very high and yes, the only interesting thing you will see is this.

The trail is long, and the gift is a brooch, so see if it's worth it and worth the experience, I really wanted to see the waterfall and I went, but I wouldn't go again.

But for those who want to see it like me, it's worth going at least once.

Bad place! Extremely expensive price, parking not included, equally expensive and forcing you to pay in a separate location. The park has almost no attractions, the only thing that remains is the first viewpoint of the waterfall (but it's not worth the ticket). They still charge R$ 15.00 more for an observatory that is worse than the viewpoint because with the glass (dirty by the way) the photos don't look good. And the “golden key” is the gift they give you if you stamp your entire passport, a messy and useless brooch! Gramado definitely has much more to offer than this park!

Amazing place!!! I always had the dream of visiting it and thank God I was able to do it on a beautiful day, it rained the previous nights, the waterfall was full and beautiful...
It didn't disappoint me at all. It's worth paying to go to the observatory, there are binoculars to see better.

I didn't even get in
Due to the exorbitant amount charged considering that I was a husband and son, it would cost 600 reais
I think it's absurd
