Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Museum of Mitrovica is an excellent stop for understanding the city and peoples of Mitrovica. Artifacts go back hundreds of years, yet visitors will hear of artifacts lost during the war twenty years ago when Kosovo gained its independence. Sections of the building are set up allowing one to see how the people lived during the Otterman Empire.
Curators are passionate about the treasures they possess. They have a vision as to the future. They work witih limited resources. Don't simply look at exhibits. Communicate with those who work and serve there. Most know at least some English. A visit to this museum is to encounter a people mindful of the past and striving for the future of this young country.
