The place is known as Saint Paul's well. It is considered as holy place for pligrimage. In old times, the water of the well was supposed to be holy and useful for healing.

Cool partially excavated well. Sometimes the well is open for drinking, but, it was closed when we went by the guards.

Inspiring place to stop. Entrance is cheap and it's great to drink from the well. Well preserved ruins. The well is located about a one minute walk from the St. Paul's park down a small alley.

The gardens were nicely kept and provided some shade while we admired the roses and cute bunnies that live there. They will bring up a bucket of cool water if you are interested in drinking some, which we were not. This is known as St....More

The actual site of the well isn't very interesting, except the patron there let my sister pull up some water and drink it. Which made her sick, but that wasn't the point. My problem with this site is there are a lot of "maybes" attached...More
