The water here is very dirty. I saw hardly any people in the water in this beach. The view from the newly built place is nice and pleasant.

Sittwe is rich in coastline. However, I don’t think that there is any chance I would even consider getting into the water. The current is pretty heavy here and it is really turbulent where the river meets the sea.

Take a direct car from the aiport to Mrauk U (Mrauk-O). Do not wait for the morning boat and do not stay in the city at all. There is nothing to do here.

Rakline is remote. Sittwe is its capital. In general, it is a miserable town and the beach has brown sand. The main reason you pass through is to go up river.

We opted to take a stroll to the sunset point as sunset views are supposedly legendary. Perhaps because we had been to Ngapali, we were really disappointed. The most interesting thing was that the sand is black.
