Ended up going here despite one warning that the cave is very quick to get around and not worth the money, and I have to agree. When you get there, a tour guide just tells you a little bit about the history of the caves, and then you're left to walk through the caves on your own. Some of the... More

We visited the hospital cave and had to pay an entrance fee of 40,000 vnd. The cave itself were interesting but we were done in a few minutes because it basically were just empty rooms. I think it requires some background information to find it worth the money.

A rip off, there's nothing much in there. Restaurant opposite is below average in terms of taste, but a nice place to chill and relax

Nice to see the history in such a space and quite a construction but not as mind blowing as had been described!

When you come in, you are greeted by a friendly man who gives you the background historical information on the cave, which soldiers have occupied and built a concrete facility inside. The concrete rooms are completely empty, with no marks or artifacts of the past. The back of the cave is undeveloped with some cave formations, which was the only... More

The idea of a hospital in a cave is really cool. And caves are cool. But this is just loads of concrete in a cave. Most of the 17 odd rooms are completely empty too so there's not much to see.

While it is not the most impressive cave system you are likely to visit, it is quite interesting nonetheless. The hospitable was built during the American war. The scale and craftsmanship is staggering. The rooms are left barren and their is no printed material to explain, but it is fairly self-explanatory. There is a nearby friendly restaurant to park your... More

The hospital cave is very interesting place if you like history. Be sure however to ask the guys that check your ticket to tell you something about the cave, otherwise it's just empty rooms you will be looking at. You pay the guide what you think is worth it at the end of your visit.

It is a very interesting and fascinating site. I would recommend having a guide as we didn't and there isn't any information around the cave, it may make the experience more enjoyable.
