Short, easy walk to the castle, but need sneakers. Wouldn't recommend doing it in flip flops or in the rain because some of the limestone rocks are slippery even when not wet. The views are lovely. Be sure to take the alternate path on the...More

Been meaning to walk up to the Tower for years, having seen it up on the hill for the last 30 years of visiting. Finally, made it this year. Parked on the Av. Del Portet and walked to the beach and then up from there....More

Enjoyed this walk, we chose a day when it was slightly overcast and breezy! I wore sandals/flip flops and should of worn trainers really as rocks were a little sloppy as other reviews have mentioned! Good views at the top :) took about 25 mins...More

Great views across the bays and beyond. You need to keep an eye on the littles ones on the way up and down. 40 minutes hike each way but worth it. Also...take water!!!

Superb views about a one hour walk from Moraira, you need to get a map from Tourist Info to find the path.

Highly recommend a visit. Ensure you have water and wear comfortable suitable foot wear and clothing. Views from the top are amazing. Also aore difficult back track with a bit of bouldering but that's optional and not for anyone scared of heights.

A pretty straight forward ascent, trainers recommended as some rocks are well worn & slippy. Views obviously the best part of this, expect it would be even better at sunrise/set. We also took a detour to the cove, indicated by a signpost - this was...More

We drove up as far as possible then into the stone path. It's quite steep and loose stones so wear sturdy shoes. It's easy to find the path but my 17 yr old didn't like walking along the cliff path. It's not a hard walk...More

You’ll see the direction roadsign at Playa del Portet but then that’s it - so you need to work your way round the holiday urbanisation to the start point (look for Calle Puerto de Alcudia and it’s at the top) - there is parking on...More

Find a parking space high up the road, put on your sneakers, do not forget a bottle of water and be careful. Was dry but the rocks are still slippery. Once on top, enjoy the view on both sides, Cumbre and Moraira/Calp. Now in December...More

Hi Colin, Starting from Moraira, take the road to El Portet (there's a sign on the main roundabout in the centre near the Repsol). You can either park on the big parking lot near the beach and start from there, or you can... More
