2 miles from North Everest Basecamp, we walked into base camp and the 2 memorials (base camp and Mt. Qomolangma) and enjoyed the views of Everest, if not quite the biting, vicious wind trying to push us back to Rongbuk. Beautiful views and amazing experience.

An amazing people the Tibetans who are so generous and willing to make your hike as memorable and incredible as possible. The park is something you will never see again and at the top of the world is thin on air but big on views!

The whole reserve is a feast for the eyes, things are really quiet. Take your time driving through slowly :)

Qumolangma is the Tibetan name for Mount Everest and the whole reserve centres around the mountain range. Try and go early in the morning.

Driving through the nature reserve allows for some amazing photo ops. The mountains are amazing, especially on a clear day.
